You can’t do great all the time; sometimes, we can only do the best we can at that specific moment. Most of the time, we can’t do things as well as at home or where we live.

Today, it’s easy to eat well while traveling around the United States, when snack bars are almost the only options, as the goal is to save money, as the exchange rate is nearly five times,

If you go to Whole Foods Market, it will be one of the best and easiest options to eat there.

I took two skateboard trips in California with teenagers, one in 2019 and one in February 2020.
The skating school I attend makes two trips to skate across California each year; this trip is about going to two or three skate rinks a day. The teenagers just wanted to eat at Fast Food restaurants, their favorite in-n-out. So, every day, we went to two Fast Food restaurants. The trip was supposed to be fun for everyone, and I couldn’t stress about eating regular meals.

I managed to convince them to go to Whole Foods Market once, as I hadn’t chosen a place to eat yet. They ate pizza, snacks, and sweets, and I went to the buffet, the only complaint they made was that there was no coke there.
We also went to Olive’s Garden, which is an Italian restaurant, and I like the Zoodles with shrimp. Still, endless bread is very dangerous, and we went to the Andys restaurant twice, which has snacks, sandwiches, milkshakes, and regular food. I love the steak options they have, the T-Bone is very big and accompanies salad and vegetables.

All other restaurants were fast food.
We went to a Mexican fast-food that I don’t remember the name and ordered a lovely salad with Raw ham that was excellent.

Starbucks has trays with fruits, eggs, and cheese and sweet potatoes and almonds without additives and coffee without additives.
In-n-out, you can order your burger protein style and get your burger wrapped in lettuce
5 Guys, you can order your hamburger without bread and eat with a knife and fork
Chipotle has a super green salad to use as a base, and you add meat, avocado, and other ingredients
7 Eleven has salads with proteins, pistachios, cashews, and almonds without additives.

Every place I’ve visited has healthier options, like vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, etc.
I also found pistachios, macadamia, almonds, and cashews in many places, to eat when there were no other options
